8. Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance.

Clients are requested to:

• Arrive on time for in-person sessions.

• Join online sessions at the scheduled time.

• Inform us in advance if rescheduling is required.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
